Steamed Trio Eggs / Terrazzo steam egg by Rontree Chan

Method:1) Prepare a steaming tin. (I used a mini loaf pan of size Length 17.5cm by Width 7.5cm). Or metal lunch box
2) Lay a piece of Cling film inside the pan, brush thin layer of oil on the surface inside.

3) Ingredient :
> 1 cooked salted egg (cut to chunk ard 12-16 pcs)
> 1 century egg (cut to chuck ard 12-16 pcs)
> 2 egg yolks
> 3 egg whites + 1 egg yolk
> 50 ml of milk
> 1 tsp of corn starch
> 2 tsp of concentrated chicken stock (Maggi or woh hup)

4) Whisk corn starch and milk together.

5) Whisk 3 egg whites and 1 yolk together , then add in chicken stock and milk+corn starch.(dun over whisk to incorporate too much air inside)

6) lay the salted and century egg into pan, distribute randomly.
