Spicy Pork Bulgogi with Enoki Mushroom by Joey Low

 
I pkt frozen pork belly sukiyaki
2 pkt enoki mushroom ( can use more if u r crazy over enoki)

1. Thaw the pork sukiyaki
2. In a mixing bowl, i put
2 tbsp korean gochujang sauce (3 tbsp if u like it hotter)
1 tbsp soysauce
1 tbsp cooking wine
1 tbsp ginger sauce
1 tsp sugar
Sesame oil
Mix all and marinate with the pork for at least 2 hrs..longer better
3. Wrap the pork belly over enoki mushroom
4. I pan fried it. But u can put in oven or airfry it..sorry i cant advice on time and temp cos i nvr try b4
