Sashimi with Asian Salad by Mock Hk



Ingredients and Methods
  1. How to make the Asian Salad: Asian salad - Cut 5 stalks of spring onions to 2 inch and slice them thinly, soak in cold water for 5 mins and drain. Cut 1 stalk of coriander leaf into small pieces, and slice one piece of red chilli. Set aside.
  2. How to prepare the Calamansi Dressing: Squeezed about 5 tbsp of calamansi juice into bowl. Add 1 tsp of sugar, 1 tbsp of plum sauce and mix them well together.
  3. How to prepare the salmon: I bought the whole piece (about 150g) and cut them into slices. Arrange sliced salmon onto a plate, top up with Asian salad, and pour the calamansi dressing over it. Drizzle with 2 tsp of sesame oil and garnish with some sesame seeds. Ready to serve
