Mee Goreng by Sharon Foo

Chop 5 garlic 5 small onion/ 2big onion. 1 bottle sambal chilli. . 5-6 ketchup, 3-4 oyster sauce. 1tbsp sugar (can omit if you dun want)
Mee Goreng i use 500gm yellow mee,2 fish cake, a pkt crab stick, half kg sotong, half kg prawns, 5eggs beaten,chai sim. For ingredients you can choose whatever you fancy to it. Portion you can just cut into lesser portion if you wants. First fry the garlic and onion, then follow by the tomatoes till very smashy then the sambal chilli. Put the noodles in to give it a gd toss with the chilli plus the rest of the seasoning. Then add your ingredients in between your noodles so it will absorb in your seafood sweetness into the noodles. Add abit of water along the frying if you find it dry. Lastly when it's soon to ready pour in the eggs n give it a final stir. If you dun like sticky type of eggs you can always pre fry your eggs first n put in later.
Well gals this recipe was given by my malay neighbour. I see her cook n just remember what she put in only. So pls adjust the seasoning yourself. I hope you all can understand my recipe.
