How to prepare chicken wings for stuffing
1. Firstly, stretch the wings first. Do some exercise to straighten it.
2. Cut the mid joints skin fr the Wong's drumlet. Try to get more skin fr the drumlet. Cut along the circumference.
3. Break the winglet fr the drum let.
4. Separate it by cutting the ligament tat joint them. Now both r separated. We shall work on the winglet.
5. There r 2 bones in the winglet, one small n the other bigger. Cut the joint of both bones.
6. Work on the smaller bone first. Use a scissor n cut along the bones. Along the bone, I repeat again. Stay away fr the skin. U just need to cut at the top part then scrape down with a knife or u can continue cutting with the scissors all the way down but not right up to the end. Left abt a quarter to the joint.
7. Now u can try to crack the bone fr the joint n pull it out. Becareful when u r twisting the bone as u dun wan to poke the skin n break it.
8. Now using the same method, work on the bigger bone. This is tougher coz there r lot more fats at the side. Use a scissors n cut all the way down or u can scrape with a knife half way too.
9. It will look like this after u scraped all the meat fr the bones.
10. Now pull the bone off the joint gently.
11. Ta da!!!! Boneless winglet!!!
12. Boneless winglets!!!!
How to prepare boxing chicken.
Cut along the joint part, meat n excess skin at the top part ard the circumference of the bones. After u release the meat fr bone, use a knife to scrape the meat down all the way down.
Finished product, a winglet for stuffing n a drumlet!!! You just need a scissors and a knife. That's it.
