Prepare the fried dumplings
1. Heat up a little amount of oil.
2. Place your dumplings in a pan.
3. Add some water.
4. Cover the pan and wait for 3-5 minutes. ( depends on the size of dumplings u make)
5. When u find dumpling skins are becoming translucent, add in some 麵粉水.
6. Cover the pan and wait for a moment.
7. When u see some white snow flakes are forming, just move the lid from ur pan.
8. When the snow flakes around the dumplings are golden brown, turn off the fire.
