Fish With Thai Style Sauce by Janice Looi



1. Mainade fish with pepper, salt and rice wine/ hua tiao chiew, set aside.
2. Thai sauce : 3 tsp sugar ( I use brown sugar)
4 tsp lime juice
3 tsp fish sauce
5 to 6 cloves of garlic ( finely minced)
Chlli padi/ parsely (finely minced)
3. Combine the sauce and mix well.
4. Apply fish with tapioca starch/ flour, and pat away extra flour, juz a thin layer will do or it would
be too thick with flour.
5. Either deep fry or shallow fry fish.
6. Optional to serve ur fish.
