Curry Chicken Potato Filling by Shen Cui Ling



Ingredients:
7 Indonesia potatoes *
1 medium red onion
4 cloves of garlic
2 to 3 tablespoon of corns * optional
150g of chicken breast
4 tablespoons of "Earthern pot" brand chicken curry powder
1 tablespoon of chilli powder
1 tablespoon of turmeric powder
half tablespoon of ketchup *optional
1/2 teaspoon of soya sauce
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
150 ml to 200 ml = about 10 to 14 tablespoons

The filling should taste a bit sweeter as popiah skin is more to savory.

Method:
1. Peel n Boil n cube potatoes
2. saute garlic n onion till fragrant n onion soften
3. add corn , chicken fry a while
4. add cubed potatoes n curry powder , chilli powder n turmeric powder till well coated
5. add seasonings n add tablespoons of water slowly n simmer
6. add more seasonings or water on ur own preference
7. cool fillings n wrapping can start
