2) garlic x 5 pcs
3) lemongrass 1/2 stalk
4) balachan 1/2 cm
5) chilli x 3 ( if u want spicy, do not remove seed )
Blend 1-5 till like paste, put in the fridge
Ingredients
1) red snapper
2) tomato x 2 ( cut into pcs )
3) lady finger 2-3 pcs
4) lemongrass 1 stalk ( cut into 4 pcs )
5) assam ( mix the assam with water )
6) sugar 1-2 tbs
Cooking method
Steam the fish for 15 mins at boiling point...
When the fish is almost done...
Heat up the wok with oil & fried the rempah till frangrant...
Add assam water, tomato & lady finger...& water if u want more gravy ( i add 200 mls of water )
Add sugar & a pinch of salt & stir awhile... Done
Put the gravy onto the fish & can consume
If u want more sour, add more water.
