Airfried Muah Chee by Michelle Heng



Ingredients
120g glutinous rice flour
180ml water
2 tsp of sesame oil
Ground Peanut (get ready made from NTUC)

Steps
1. Mix all the above ingredient (except ground peanuts) together.
2. Pour mixture into non-stick baking tin.
3. Airfry at 180°c for 10 mins, stir a couple of times in between.
4. When done, pour a generous amount of ground peanut over muah chee to coat while cutting to bite size.
5. Enjoy!
