Stir Fry Pork Belly and Mushroom by Agnes Yue



1 pkt of pork belly (bot at ntuc) cut the top skin away and slice 1 inch individually
Marinate with 1 tbsp of light soya sauce and 1 tbsp of oyster sauce, abit of black pepper and 1 tbsp of corn flour for at least 1hr in fridge

Button mushroom (slice thinely)
1 stalk of spring onions (cut 2cm)
2 gloves of onion (chopped finely)
2 cm ginger (cut like matchstick)
50ml of water

Seasoning in a bowl
2 tbsp dark soya sauce
1 tbsp light soya sauce
1/2 tbsp of oyster sauce

Method
Heat wok n put some oil
Fry garlic and ginger til fragrant
Put pork belly and stir fry it till almost done
Put button mushroom n stir fry it for abt 3min
Put spring onion in it n stir for a min
Pour the seasoning in a bowl and stir it n for abt 2mins
U can smell the spring onion fragrant....

Add water and let it boil for another 3min...
Serve....
