Silver Fish Omelette by Jo-anne Angel



Ingredients:
one pack fresh silver, 4 eggs, 2tsp of oyster sauce, a pinch of salt, few drops of sesame oil n dash of pepper.

Method:
heat oil in pan, put in fish to fry 1st. Almost cooked, pour in egg mix. Mix well spread d fish evenly across the eggs. Leave to cook. Nt advisable to scramble it cos d fish Wil nt stick to d egg. turn over when the egg turns brownish. Both side ok liao can served n garnish.
