Salted Egg Crayfish by Eunice Ong

Crayfish (10pcs)
4 salted egg yolks
4-5 tbsp evaporated milk
2tbsp butter
2 chillies padi
15-20 curry leaves
1/half tbsp sugar

Rinse crayfish,grind the salted egg yolks (set aside)
Heat butter in a wok over low heat add chillies padi and curry leaves stir fry until fragrant..turn the heat up add salted egg yolks stir awhile..add evaporated milk and sugar stir for awhile lastly add in crayfish stir evenly
And ready to serve enjoy...!!
