Ingredients
2 strips of pork fillet, sliced (bought from Fairprice)
2 potatoes, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 red onion, sliced
1 spring onion, chopped
Method
- Marinate pork with 2 tsp cornflour, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 2 tbsp soya sauce & 2 tbsp dark soya sauce. I marinated for 2 hours in fridge. Bring to room temperature 30 mins before cooking.
- Fry garlic and onion until fragrant
- Add pork slices and stir fry until half cooked
- Add poatoes and enough water to simmer the potatoes
- WHen potatoes turned soft, add spring onions.
- Do a quick stir and dish up.
