Homemade 鸡蛋糕 by Wong Jeanette

Ingredients :
6 eggs
500g plain flour
300g sugar
2 tsp baking powder
200ml sprite

Method :
1. Beat the eggs and sugar until white and creamy.
2. Add flour with baking powder, alternately with sprite.
3. Pour into a basket which is lined with cling wrap.
4. Sprinkle sugar to form a cross on cake in order that your cake will smile at you.
5. Steamed for 50 to 55 mins.

Note :
By using a basket results in faster steaming time than using a tin.
