Ingredients:
250g self rising flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
150g castor sugar
1 egg
3 tbsp oil
200ml water mix with 4 tbsp cocoa powder.
Method:
Mix all and pour in cup steam for 15min.
To achieve tis effect I pour all way up to brim. May crack like huat kueh sometime.
If u like e gooey chocolate centre, fill half den put 1tsp chocolate chips and top with batter
