2 Chicken breasts
1 Avocado
1/4 cup Basil, leaves
1 cup Cherry tomatoes
6 cups Romaine lettuce
1/2 cup Balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp Honey or brown sugar
1 pinch Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp Olive oil
6 oz Fresh mozzarella
