Ingredients
1kg chicken or half kg (ur wish)
8-10 pcs canned abalone
10-15 pcs small flower dried mushroom(soak for 20 min)
10-12 pcs dried scallop
Sea cucumber (pre soak till soften)see u want how many mine is agar agar de
Dried fish maw(boil for 15 min and rinse)
Dried shark fin(boil for 15 min and rinse optional)
Wolfberries 2 tbsp..

Method..
1500ml water place all ingredients in boiling water (except abalone)
And simmer for 2hours on low heat...
When is ready to serve add in abalone,and add in some tapioca starch top up some coriander leaf
Ready n serve hot enjoy
