Assorted Seafood Mui Fan by Angelin Goh


Prepare warm cooked rice before hand.

For 4pax I used 3cups of chicken stock.

Ingredients will be :

Prawns(I grilled mine didn't add in the stock)
Sotong
Clams
Fish cake
Crabsticks
Pork slices
Garlic few cloves, minced
2 eggs beaten
Potato starch

Heat oil with garlic till fragrant. Add in meat fry till cooked add in sotong, clams, fish cake and crab meat.
Then add in chicken stock.
Salt pepper optional to taste ,if your stock is unsalted.
Use 1/2 tablespoon of potato starch with a little water add in to thicken the stock.
Beat in two egg and stir.
Clams should be cooked n open now.
Serve warm thicken sauce over white rice.
