Method:
1. marinate 300g chicken fillet with one egg white and one tbsp cornstarch for 20 mins
2. heat up 1 tablespoon oil, fry chicken til cooked.
3. heat up 1 tbsp butter, scramble 2 egg yolks, dish up, set aside.
4. in the same pan, fry curry leaves sbs chili padi for 1-2 mins. add in 1 packet Singlong crispy cereal, fry til fragrant.
5. return the chicken and egg yolk back to pan, combine and mix well!
