Marmite Mid-Joint Chicken Wings by Tay Ai Whey



Ingredients

8 -10 pieces chicken wings
2 tablespoons Marmite
4 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1/2 tablespoons sesame oil
1/2 tablespoon shaoxing wine
2 cloves garlic minced


Method

Marinate the chicken wings and set aside in the fridge for at least three hours or overnight.

For oven : Place the wings on the baking tray of a preheated oven and bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes or until glossy and golden brown in colour.

For airfry : Preheat the oven at 180°C for 5 minutes. Then airfry at 180°C for 15 minutes turning once halfway after 8 minutes and continue to airfry for the rest of 7 minutes.
