Homemade Chicken Nuggets by Meng-Choo Tan


Chicken fillet 12 pcs
Small purple onion x3
Garlic x3
Cream cracker x4
Corn flour x2 tsp
Egg x1
Pinch of pepper
Pinch of garlic powder - optional
Salt 1 tsp
Soya sauce 2 tsp
Mirin 1 tsp - optional

Blend everything together until minced.
Leave it to marinate for abt 1 hour.
When ready to cook, use 2 spoons to shape the minced chicken paste.
Fry until golden brown.
