Lemongrass Turmeric chicken wings by Christine Tan‎


Ingredients
12 midwings washed and drained
Take a clean ziplock bag (big enough to contain 12 wings)
Add 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder
Add 1 teaspoon of ground pepper
Add 1/2 tablespoon of sugar
Add 1 egg (beaten mix well)
Add 2 tablespoon plain flour & 1 tablespoon corn flour
Add 3 stalks of lemongrass (washed & cut halves..smash them flat)
Add 1/2 tsp seasalt

Method
Zip up the ziplock bag.
Start shaking!! Shake it left/right.
BEST is marinate it overnight.

Else, let it marinate for 4hrs.
Heat wok with cooking oil & deep fry till ill golden brown & done.
