Crabstick Crackers by AyuIs Myiesha‎

Ingredient
2 pkts Imitation Crabstick (can use any brand but I use Dodo ones)
1/2 cup rice flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground white pepper powder
1 tbsp curry powder (can substitute to any seasonings eg: garlic powder,BBQ powder,Cili powder..for seaweed powder/cheese powder or wasabi powder sprinkle after the crackers are fried and cooled)
5-6 stalks of curry leaves*optional

Method
1. Defrost the crabsticks,wash and drain excess water.
2. Open up the crabsticks or unroll them and tear length wise. (Up to your preference how wide or thin strips you want your crackers to be)
3. In a bowl, add in all the dry ingredients,salt,pepper,rice flour & seasonings. Mix well with the Crabstick meat & curry leaves.
4. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
5. Once oil is hot,add in the the Crabstick meat.
6. Fry till it's golden brown or less bubbly in the oil.
7. Scoop & drain the oil..let it cool and store in air tight container.
