Steamed Cod fish with fried ginger/Steamed white pomfret with sweet radish/Salmon Egg Roll by Rontree Chan


Steamed Cod fish with fried ginger:
~ place some ginger slices and spring onion on top and beneath the fish on the steam plate.
~ Steam for around 8-10mins in high heat. remove when is done.
~ Cook up (TaiHua Seafood Soy Sauce according to its instruction)
~ Remove the steamed ginger and spring onion. Top with new spring onion/ fried ginger strips and pour in the cooked seafood soy sauce.




Steamed white pomfret with sweet radish:
~ remove the gills/guts/blood and wash the fish thoroughly.
~ place some ginger slices and spring onion inside and beneath the fish on the steam plate.
~ top with chopped sweet radish.
~ Steam for around 8-10mins in high heat. remove when is done.
~ Cook up (TaiHua Seafood Soy Sauce according to its instruction)
~ Remove the steamed ginger and spring onion. Top with new spring onion and pour in the cooked seafood soy sauce.



Salmon egg roll:
