200gm butter -melted & cooled
200gm plain flour
1/2tsp baking powder
3 eggs
150gm sugar
60ml milk
1tbsp lemon juice
1tbsp lemon zest
1 tsp vanilla

Method:
1. Cream sugar,eggs & vanilla till pale yellow.
2. Add flour a little at a time & mix well.
3. Add milk,butter,lemon juice & zest & cream well.
4. Heat oven at 190 degrees.
5. Put batter into the mould & bake for 18mins or till golden brown.
