Black Pomfret with Garlic Dark Sauce by Pauline Tan

Recipe of Garlic Dark Sauce:

- 2tbsp oyster sauce - 1tbsp caramel sauce
- 1tsp sesame oil
- 3tbsp water

mixed all the above in a bowl.

In a pan, add oil and chopped garlic (I added 2 tbsp).  Pour in the sauce and do a quick stir until sauce become thicker.  Pour over the fried fish.  Done!
