Meatball Fish Cakes by Jensie Tan


1/2 kg of fish paste
25og mince pork
3 stock Sping onion chop
2big chilli chop
A bit Pepper
Corn flour 1tsb
1tsp winter salty veg chop

Mix everything well n do what shape u like , n put into the stammer to steam for 20to 25 min if do smaller cut down the steam time .. When is cook , take out n rise with boiling cool water .. Do That it will not turn brown easy .. Ready to eat . The best eat with salty yellow bean ,chop chilli with garlic vinegar abit sugar.
