Egg Tarts by Wendy Lee

I doubled the recipe to make about 36 egg tarts but the custard was only enough for about 18 custards. Probably because my crust is really thin (don't like thick crust). If you do not want the custard to be too sweet, you can reduce the amount of caster sugar.
