Sambal Fish by MickeyPiggy VT Teo



Ingredient:-
Selarpan Fish
30g dried chilies
50g shallot
10g garlic
3 kaffir lime leaf
50g dried shrimps
(All blend)

1/2 tbsp salt
1 tsp sugar

Method:-
1. Blended ingredients stir fry and add salt, sugar. Keep aside
2. Stuff the (1) filling into the fish
3. Fry fish until cooked. Serve.
4. Enjoy!
