Step 1: Spread the cream cheese.
Step 2: Spread the chopped spinach on the cream cheese (blanced in hot water and squeezed dry before chopping)
Step 3: Spread the salmon on the spinach (Steamed and flaked, and season with salt, black pepper and mayonaise)
Fold over to encase the mixtures and form a semi circle. Use a fork to pattern the edges.
AF for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees till golden brown.
