Oven grilled teriyaki salmon by Joyce Ng‎


Salmon
Teriyaki sauce ( I used bottled teriyaki sauce)
Coarse ground black pepper
Shredded nori
Toasted white sesame seeds
Spring onion

Marinate salmon with teriyaki sauce & pepper for at least 1 hour or best overnight.
Set oven to grill setting & preheat oven at 200 degrees for 10 mins. Grill salmon in oven for 15mins or till salmon flake (subject to thickness of salmon). Remove from oven, sprinkle with sesame seed, shredded nori and spring onion. Serve hot.
