"Oil-free" avocado cupcake by Cat Yo

1 well mashed avocado
2 mashed ripe bananas
80 ml milk
2 large eggs
250g flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
150 - 200g sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp lime juice

Sift flour,baking powder,
soda, salt together n set aside.
Beat egg with sugar until light n fluffy.
Beat in avocado n bananas.
Add in flour n milk.
Combine all ingredients.
Pour batter into cupcake tins and bake at 170°C for 20 mins or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
