Pastry
600g flour
90g rice flour
40g corn flour
290g margarine
190ml water

Filling
500g peanuts(fried, skinned and chopped)
120g sesame(fried white sesame keep dry)
250g sugar (more if you like it sweeter)

Method:
Mix all the ingredients together. Knead into dough put set aside.
Bring all the filling mix well together.
Working on a floured surface, use a rolling pin to flatten dough into thin sheet.
Use the rim of a glass to cut out circular shape.
Wrap it with some of the filling and fold over to get a crescent shape.
Stick the edges together with water. Seal well and pinch the edges with your thumb.
Fry in medium heat till golden brown.
