Airfried Golden Potato Tuna Balls by Jas Feng


Ingredients:
1. Potatoes (boiled to soft beforehand)
2. Tuna
3. Shredded Red n White Cheddar (the red cheddar adds on to the "golden" colour)
4. Crushed Cornflakes

Steps:
1. Throw in the cheese, n mashed the potatoes n cheese together
2. Roll the cheesy potato mixture into balls
3. Put some tuna into the centre of each cheesy potato balls
4. Seal it back, n roll it back into balls
5. Roll the balls into a plate of crushed cornflakes
6. Pan fried or airfried it @180dc for abt 15 mins.

Quantity are based on estimation, therefore not written down.
