Airfried Fresh Clams in Japanese sake wine by Jennifer Lu


Ingredients
- Chopped ginger until very fine
- Minced garlic
- Chopped chilli padi (Optional)
- Juice of half lemon
- Green onion slices
- 2 Tbsp of Sake
- Fresh clams

Method
Mix all ingredients until well combined.
Pre-heat airfryer at 200c.
Airfry for 15mins.Serve.
