Cinnamon Rolls by Yvonne Mah


Recipe is adapted mostly from Kenneth's blog with some modification.

Dough:
240g milk
435g plain flour
50g butter
50g granulated sugar
0.5 tsp salt
2.5 tsp instant dry yeast
1 large egg (reserve some for egg-wash)

Fillings:
50g castor sugar
50g brown sugar
2 tbsp cinnamon powder
50g butter, softened

Toppings:
Almond flake
