Chunky reduced sugar Kaya & creamy kaya by Emy Lee

The jade green one is smoother and sweeter using 4 eggs, 350ml coconut cream and 200g sugar (mixed). This one we used blended pandan leaves to strain juice.

The lighter brown one is chunkier, drier and less sweet. Used 3 eggs, 250ml coconut cream & 125g sugars (mixed). This we just leaves knotted and cooked in directly.
