Chilli for Mee hoon kueh by Jensie Tan



20 big chilli
8 chilli
8 pieces Garlic try to take same
2tsp Viniger (option)lime juice ...
1tsp Sugar
1tsp Salt
Oil (option)


Chilli n garlic soak with hot for 5 min
Cut the chilli n add in salt n sugar blend together untill smooth not very smooth if u like abit seed
Add in vinger if like sour can add more
For this chilli don keep long best eat fresh 😋
