Airfried Crispy And Juicy Chicken Chops by Rita Ng



AF 190 deg 20 mins or more on both side, depending on size of chicken . Marinate the deboned Chicken legs overnight with ginger juice and salt . Wrap with cling wrap . AF the next day

Rita's notes:

- 2 chicken legs you can use 2 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of ginger juice

- you can use corn flour to coat like what some cook did , easier ! It will be crispy too! For AF without flour , you have to make sure to dry the chicken legs with a kitchen Towel. Flatten it a bit before you put into the Airfryer . Also open to check for burnt .
