Ingredients:
1 tbsp oil
1 cup +1tbsp water...
2 cups all purpose flour
2tsp yeast
1tsp salt
2 1/2tsp sugar
1/2tsp bread improver
Pinch of sesame seeds

Method:

Put all ingredients into BM and let it knead, rest 1 hour.

Roll into ball and cover with damp cloth, can make 8 pcs .

Roll into 18 cm or 20 cm
 
After all roll flat, cover, rest 20 mins
 
Use ladle and bake 250°C for 8 mins at lower racks
 
Used this type of wire to bake , do not used baking pan.it will look like big Ballon after 8 mins.take out from oven
 
Once take out from oven, cover with cloth, stack one another and let it cool down a bit before stuffing your fav curry
