Fish paste with egg tofu by Zann Teo


300 gram fish paste
2 tube egg tofu
Coriander
Pepper
Cornflour a bit .
Crabmeat balls . Or prawns chopped .

 Mixed all the above together . Add pepper. Steam for 15 mins . Use a deep dish when steaming . Cover with aluminium foil or cling wrap while steaming .
After steam let it cool . Cut into pieces .
Coat with cornflour . Pan fry till brown . !!!
The fish paste u can get it from wet market . It is salty therefore no salt require .
