Crusty Bread by Suri Aziz


500g plain flour
340g warm water
1tbsp sugar or honey
1 1/4 tsp instant yeast
1/2 tsp salt

Mix all ingredients set aside cover for 1hr.
Preheat oven 220C
Drop dough onto floured surface, roll into big pillow, scour the top and bake for 20min, lower temperature to 180c and bake again for 30min.

Once baked, let it cool at least 15min or longer b4 slicing.

Enjoy baking a no knead bread. Macam artisan bread.
