Airfryer Roasted Pork by David See



Ingredients:
Pork Belly 750gram
Sea salt 2 teaspoon
Five spice half tablespoon
White pepper 1/4 teaspoon

Wash and dry pork, tap white vinegar on the skin and when dry, poke small hole all over the skin.

Mix five spice powder, white pepper and salt together and spread evenly on the pork,
the skin surface only with salt.

Marinate over night.

On the day of cooking,
Put pork into airfryer with the pork skin facing up, 160 degree for 20 mins, take pork out from the airfryer, poke holes evenly and closely on the skin . To get crispy sink, this process is very important!
Then put it back in airfyer with skin facing down, 160 degree 20 mins. poke more hole on skin again. Return to airfyer with skin face up,
200 degree for 10 mins.

When done let it cool down before cutting and serve.
