Steamed Stuffed Squid with Minced Pork by Kelly Pang


Minced pork (depends on how many squid)
1 tsp light soya sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp cornflour
1/2 tsp sugar
Dash of sesame oil
Squids

1 tsp Sliced shallot
1 tsp Chopped garlic

To cook:
1. Marinate minced pork with sauces.
2. Stuff into cleaned squid body. Put on steaming plate and put tentacles back then add shallot & garlic on top.
3. Steam for 6-8 mins.
4. Garnish with parsley & chopped spring onions.
