Pork Slices in Hoisin Sauce & Orange Juice by Michelle Heng

350g lean pork (sliced)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp corn flour
2 tsp orange zests

4 tbsp hoisin sauce
3/4-1 orange (juice)
1/2 tbsp honey

1. Marinade pork slices with soy sauce for at least 1/2 hr.
2. Dust pork slices with corn flour just before deep frying. Fry till golden brown. Drain pork and set aside.
3. Mix and heat the sauce ingredient in a skillet till a small boil. Thicken sauce with some corn solution if need be.
4. Toss and coat the pork slices in the sauce.
5. Sprinkle the orange zests onto the pork slices and serve hot.
