Clams & Prawns Spaghetti in Tomato White Wine Broth by Irene Chan-Whitlam



Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
2 cloves garlic - chopped
1 cup whit wine
1 cup cherry tomatoes - halves
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tsp dried parsley
Dash of lemon juice

Prawns
Pasta

Directions
Add the olive oil and butter to a pan (with lid) over medium heat. Once the butter has melted, add the garlic and saute. Add the white wine and tomatoes, red pepper flakes and simmer till tomatoes soften.
Add the clams to the sauce and cover the pan with a lid, allow to steam for 4-5 minutes. After 4-5 minutes, the clams should have opened, Toss in the prawns and pasta then add a dash of lemon juice and sprinkle with parsley and serve.
