Korean Pancake by Koh Siew Hwa Geraldine




Ingredients:
1 packet korean pancake mix
2 eggs
Water 600-700 ml
Seafood own preferences but must pat dry
1bunch of scallions, halved and cut into 1-2 inch lengths
Red and green chilli (own preferences)
Pinch of salt
Oil

Method:
(1) Add water,pinch of salt and egg to the korean pancake mix,stir well.
(2) Add in seafood,scallions, red and green chilli into the korean pancake mix and ready to pan fly
(3) Want the pancake to be more crispy..add a little more oil..
